MOT
An annual test required by law if your vehicle is over 3 years old.
This is an annual test where the technician will check vehicle safety, general roadworthiness condition and exhaust emission compliance with UK standards enforced by law.
when your BMW needs an MOT
An MOT test is only required for vehicles that are over 3 years old.
You must get an MOT for your vehicle by either;
- The 3rd anniversary of its registration (IF NEW)
- The anniversary of its last MOT (IF OVER 3 YEARS OLD)
Once the test has been completed, we will provide you with an official VT20 certificate which shows the information that will be held on the national MOT database which is also accessible to the public.
