Introduction
In the early 90’s, Toyota gave us the
magnificent 2JZ Twin Turbo powered rear wheel drive Supra. What made
this car so special and popular amongst enthusiast was its huge
potential for tuning with stock internals.
Fast forward to 2006 and BMW gives us
the modern day Supra 2JZ engine. When BMW introduced the N54 twin
turbo engine in, they created a new era of tuning for enthusiasts
today. By combining their legendary inline 6 3.0L configuration with
a pair of mitsubishi td03 parallel turbo chargers coupled with a
high-pressure direct injection fuel system, they managed to create
powerful petrol engines that are also remarkably fuel efficient when
compared to their older counterparts.
We can increase the performance of
your BMW by keeping within the safe limits and tolerances of all
driveline components. We achieve this by reprogramming the DME
(Digital Motor Electronics) with a performance map that was developed
through years of research and extensive dyno testing. The result is a
smooth and linear power delivery, retaining the factory torque curve,
but a lot more power all over the rev range.
When complemented with additional hardware
upgrades, the power gains are tremendous. Street performance exceeds
that of the new generation stock M4, M3 and even the legendary AMG
C63 (NA).
We provide a wide range of tuning packages
for the N54 platform beyond the stage 3 package. Please contact us

does it affect reliability?
It does not affect reliability as long as you maintain your vehicle by following all recommended service schedules. Your vehicle is equipped with Condition Based Servicing (CBS) which keeps track of all main service items on the iDrive computer. In addition to this we also recommend that you change your oil, filter and spark plugs at half the manufacturer recommended intervals in order to maintain a healthy engine.
